  1. 1 1/2 lbCooked shredded Beef roast
  2. 1 cupcarrots/diced
  3. 1 cupcelery/diced
  4. 1 largeonion/diced
  5. 6 largemushrooms/sliced
  6. 2bell pepper/diced
  7. 4jalapeno peppers/diced
  8. 1 cupcorn
  9. 1 cupgreen beans
  10. 5 largeclove garlic/sliced thin
  11. 1mashed potatos/mixed with french onion dip
  12. 8 ozFrench onion dip
  13. 1Roll out pie crust
  14. 1 1/2 cupBeef broth
  15. 1 1/2 cupCheese of your choice

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Use pre cooked beef roast

  2. 2

    Cook all vegetables in beef stock until tender

  3. 3

    Place cooked vegetables and shredded beef in pie crust

  4. 4

    Top with cheese

  5. 5

    Mix mash potatoes and French onion dip

  6. 6

    Pipe mashed potatoes on the top to your desired design

  7. 7

    Bake at 375 for 1 hour
