Ingredients

  • 1large chopped shallot
  • 4 clovesfresh chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoonDijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoonLouisiana hot sauce
  • 1/2 cupolive oil depending on desired consistency
  • Pinchkosher salt and fresh ground pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients into food processor and add Oliver oil gradually.

    Top a bed of chopped Romain hearts or use as a marinade.
