Ingredients

  1. 250 gmMakhanas
  2. 1 tspolive oil
  3. Salt,red chilli powder,chat masala,black pepper powder,
  4. 1 packetMaggi masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a non stick wok and add some oil.

  2. 2

    Add Makhanas and roast them in low flame

  3. 3

    When it becomes crispy add all the masalas

  4. 4

    Keep it in a air tight jar

  5. 5

    It is a best substitute for potato chips
