Dal ko dhokar 2 hours ke liye bhigo de.. Fir mixer mein pees le

Suji mein butter milk milakar thick batter banaye

Suji and dal ke batter mein salt and soda mix karein achche se milaye

Dhokla banane wale bartan ko oil se grease karein
- 5
Pahle dal ka paste dale fir upar se suji ka paste dale

Ab ek side chopped palak and doosri tarf gajar felaye

Steam cook karein 15 mins.. Fir thora sa thanda karke... Dhokla plate mein nikale aur square shape me cut karein

Tarke ke liye pan mein oil dale garamhone par mirch, rai and garam masaal dale 1/4 cup Pani Dale.. Ab ise dhokle par dale.
