Ingredients

4-5 persons
  • 1/2 kgchopped faliyan
  • 1/2 kgchopped aloo
  • 1urad dal vadi
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspchopped adrak
  • 1 tspchopped chillies
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • as par tastesalt
  • 1 tspcoriander powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadai heat oil add jeera saute it

  2. 2

    Add vadi and fry it

  3. 3

    Add faliyan and aloo. Roast for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add all masalas and salt

  5. 5

    Cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve hot
