3big sized cassava
Oil for deep frying
Salt

Peel the cassava and wash well the cut to small pieces.

Put to boil with some salt till tender.

Remove from heat then put oil to hear till maximum

Dip in the cassava to fey till a bit yellow or crunchy. Then serve hot with tea.
