Ingredients: 1 aprox. 1 half of a 5lb bag of potatoes peeled and sliced thin; 1/2 stick butter; 3/4 cup milk; 1 aprox. half onion diced; 1/2 cup flour; 3 8oz bags shredded cheddar ( I use a combination of mild, sharp and super sharp ); 1 seasoning salt; 1 black pepper; 1 Accent!

Ingredients

1aprox. 1 half of a 5lb bag of potatoes peeled and sliced thin
1/2 stickbutter

38oz bags shredded cheddar ( I use a combination of mild, sharp and super sharp )
1seasoning salt

Pre-heat oven to 350

Spray your baking dish I use a 9x13 with pam, layer half of the sliced potatoes in pan sprinkle 1/2 of the flour over the potatoes add half your onion and slice the butter into little squares and place over potatoes only using half. Now add your seasonings I never measure this so season to your liking now sprinkle a little of each of your cheeses and repeat this process for next layer then pour milk over the top. Bake uncovered in pre-heated oven for aprox 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Another variation of this add diced ham with a side of broccoli and you have a complete dinner, Enjoy!
