PREHEAT oven to 300°F
Mix wafer crumbs, 3/4 tbs stevia and butter.
Press mixture onto 4-1/2" springform pan
BAKE 7 min

BEAT cream cheese, 1/4 cup stevia and vanilla with electric mixer till well blended.
Slowly add egg on low
Pour batter into pan

OPTIONAL: Add some stir-in ideas, pour over crusts

Place pans on baking sheet
BAKE 40 to 45 min or until centers are almost set.
Cool before removing rims
Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs
