    Take 1 avocado for every two people. In a bawl, smash the avocado(s) with a fork.

  2. 2

    Season the avocado(s) with salt, pepper and olive oil, as much as you like. Let it in the fridge for a while.

  3. 3

    Spread the avocado, on the bread, or crackers or raw vegetables, such as carrots, cucumber..

I've made this myself several times, even with a little salt and pepper. Makes for a great healthy snack.
