Steps
- 1
Peel the root vegetable and rinse thoroughly. (Be careful, the skin is tough and kinda "hairy")
- 2
Cut into 12 bite size pieces (not too small) and add to boiling salted water.
- 3
Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- 4
Once easily pierced with a fork or sharp knife, they're ready.
- 5
Wrap each piece with a slice of bacon and evenly set on a non-stick oven dish.
- 6
Cook in oven for 30-45 minutes or until bacon is fully cooked.
- 7
Enjoy! ☺
