1Tomato, chopped
1Avocado, chopped
to tasteCarrots and broccoli (or any veges of your choice)
to tasteCold meats

Boil carrots, and broccoli (perfect time to add salt or any spice)

Cook cold meats for 15 minutes

Beat the eggs and fry in a pan, use butter to fry.

Dice tomato and avocado and serve with the omelette.
