Pehle kadai ghee garam Karein.ghee mein jeera,hari Mirch, tomato dale.aur usse jab tak plane de jab yak tamatar mash na ho jaye.

Kadai mein sama ke chawal dhokar dale. Kadai mein sendha Namak, kali Mirch, dhaniya, water dalkar slow flame par 10 -15 min tak pakaye.

Aapki garama garam sama ke chawal ka upma tyaar hai.aur upma ko tomato,dhaniya, hari Mirch se garnish Karein.and your dish is ready.
