Half and Half Cheese Pasta
Created for any time Pasta.
Steps

Boil the Pasta in enough water with salt cook till ¾ th done. Then drain and keep aside.

In other non stick Pan add butter melt it, then add milk and give a boil. Reduce the flame and add the cheese (grated or slice) to the milk and cook with constant stirring till the sauce start thickening.

Then add the cream to it making sure the sauce consistency is semi thick to coat the pasta. (If Cream is not there only milk can be used and cheese quantity can be increased.Or the extra milk can be reduced to 1/4 quantity and add.)

Then add the pasta and cook for a 30 second. Sprinkle crushed Black Pepper

Serve hot.
