Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 boxgolden curry sauce mix
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 3carrots
  4. 2peeled potato
  5. 10 gramsolive oil, extra virgin
  6. 2 1/2 lbchicken breasts (u may use any type of meat you want, a
  7. 3 1/2 cupwater
  8. 1 tbspapricot jam(optional)
  9. 1 tbspworcestershire sauce(optional)
  10. 1 tbspcurry powder(optional)
  11. 1 tbspketchup(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    You take the chicken breast and cut it in bite sizes

  2. 2

    First, you peeled and chop the onions, set them aside. Then you take the potato and the carrot, peel them and cut then in bite sizes.

  3. 3

    You cook the chicken breast until its white almost golden. (It doesnt need to be full cooked)

  4. 4

    In another pan(it has to be spacy) u cook the onion with the olive oil.

  5. 5

    Add the carrots and the potato and mix them together. Then add the chicken.

  6. 6

    Add the water and wait for it to boil. When it starts boils take out the fat that is floating.

  7. 7

    When the vegetables are tender, turn off the fire. Add the curry spice and mix

  8. 8

    Optional u may add a tablespoon of worcestershire sauce, curry powder, ketchup sauce, and apricot jam for taste.
