Add the eggs to the butter mixture.

Mix the butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add the créme fraiche and lemon juice to the butter mixture.

Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix just until incorporated.

Put evrithing in a pan lined whith baking paper.

Bake at 180°C for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Mix the sugar and water in a syrup, add all the syrup to the cooled cake and decorate whith coconut.
