  1. 6 cupMashed potatoes (prepared with milk and butter)
  2. 1 cupricotta cheese
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1 tsponion powder
  5. 2 tbspdry ranch dressing mix
  6. 1/2 lbbacon, cooked and crumbled
  7. 2 cupShredded Monterey Jack cheese
  8. 1 cupRitz crackers, crushed
  9. 1/4 cupbutter, melted

    In a large bowl combine potatoes, cottage cheese, milk, onion and dressing mix

  2. 2

    Spread in a greased 13 by 9 inch pan. Top with bacon and cheese

  3. 3

    Combine cracker crumbs in butter; sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered, at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
