Wash the arrow root and the sweet potato

Put water in a sufuria and bring to boil
- 3
Add the arrow root and sweet potato and cover the sufuria with a clean lid
- 4
Let them cook for about 20 to 30 minutes
- 5
Remove them from heat and transfer to a clean plate and allow them to cool
- 6
Peel them and cut into desired shapes
- 7
Serve with hot tea
