Ingredients

  • 1large tomato puree
  • 100 gtomato paste
  • Oil
  • Black pepper
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Salt

Steps

    Melt the butter into a pan, add the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes

  2. 2

    Add garlic and pepper

  3. 3

    Add the tomato paste then add the stock. Add salt

  4. 4

    Let it simmer for a while and sieve. Serve hot
