I always make extra taco meat to use in a quick recipe to be made later. I had all these ingredients on hand and just tossed it together. Its a thick soup so feel free to add xtra water or more tomato juice. So pleased with the outcome!!!! Enjoy!!!!

Ingredients

2 cupleftover taco meat(cooked and drained beef with taco seasoning)
2 cancondensed tomato soup
3 cupwater
2 cupcooked white rice
1 cancream style corn
1 candiced tomatoes in juice undrained
1 canblacked beans drained well

Steps

Add all ingredients in a large pot and heat through. Serve!!! Easy Peasy!!!

Serve with shredded cheddar, crushed tortillas and sour cream if desired.
