Ingredients

  1. 250 mlcold water
  2. 50 mlcold alpro unsweetened almond milk
  3. 109 gramsstrawberries cut small EXCEPT 1
  4. 10 gramsstrawberry jam i used aldi
  5. 53 gramsfine semolina
  6. 1 pinchof salt
  7. 2 tspsugar i used truvia..ZERO calories

Cooking Instructions

    Add milk, water, sugar & salt to a pan. DO NOT HEAT UP

  2. 2

    Add strawberries & jam to a jug and blend.

  3. 3

    Slowly add the semolina to the pan stirring continuously & turn heat to medium. Kelp stirring until it thickens. About 5 minutes.

    When its thickened sort of looks like pancake batter turn heat down a touch and blend in strawberry mix.

  5. 5

    Pour into a bowl & put the left strawberry on the top. It will thicken a little bit more. Enjoy..
