Sweet Lollies

My version of baby potatoes. I usually fry or bake them so I did something different this time. Very simple and easy to prepare. Kids will love them 🌸
Its a sweet lolly but i don't have a sweet tooth so i ended up dipping it in my favorite spicy schezwan sauce 😀😀

My version of baby potatoes. I usually fry or bake them so I did something different this time. Very simple and easy to prepare. Kids will love them 🌸

For frying the potatoes: -make a small hole in the middle of each potatoes. -heat oil in pan and fry the potatoes in medium low heat for 10-15minutes (do not burn) occasionally stir the potatoes. -check if its cooked by piercing a bamboo skewer right in the middle. Make sure all the potatoes are cooked evenly.

The sauce: -mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and add into the potatoes. Stir it well. Cook for another 5minutes (until the sauce dries up)

Let it cool down a bit. Take the bamboo skewers and pierce each one into the baby potatoes and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve hot or cold and enjoy ^^
