Ingredients

  1. 2 headcauliflower
  2. 1 stickbutter
  3. 1salt and pepper to taste
  4. 1 smallCan of evaporated milk
  5. 6 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash your cauliflower and chop. Place into water and cook until very tender. Drain water and add butter evaporated milk and salt and pepper and blend with an electric mixer until fairly smooth. You will still have have a few lumps.
