  1. 1 cancorned beef
  2. 1 tbspolive oil
  3. 1 1/2 tbspsofrito
  4. 1 cantomato sauce
  5. 1 packagessazon
  6. 1 cansweet corn

    Heat oil and stir in the sofrito.

  2. 2

    Add the corned beef and heat through

  3. 3

    Mix in the tomato sauce, sazon and corn and let it simmer. Enjoy!
