Cooking Instructions

Turn on broiler to high

Cut potatoes into wedges, place in a large bag or bowl with fiesta ranch and mix in. Place on a baking sheet

Drizzle with oil and cook under the broiler for 20 minutes for soft and 25-30 for crispy wedges

While the potatoes cook, coat the pork chops in barbecue seasoning and cook on medium high heat until cooked through

Make the dressing (:

Mix together about 1/2 cup of ranch with about 1/4th cup of hot sauce. The amount to use is totally dependant on how spicy you want the sauce. I like it spicy and mix it until its about orange
