  1. 5pork chops
  2. 1barbecue seasoning to coat
  3. 3 largepotatoes
  4. 1 envelopefiesta ranch dressing mix
  5. 1oil to drizzle on potatoes
  6. 1ranch dressing (optional)
  7. 1cholula hot sauch (optional)

    Turn on broiler to high

  2. 2

    Cut potatoes into wedges, place in a large bag or bowl with fiesta ranch and mix in. Place on a baking sheet

  3. 3

    Drizzle with oil and cook under the broiler for 20 minutes for soft and 25-30 for crispy wedges

  4. 4

    While the potatoes cook, coat the pork chops in barbecue seasoning and cook on medium high heat until cooked through

  5. 5

    Make the dressing (:

    Mix together about 1/2 cup of ranch with about 1/4th cup of hot sauce. The amount to use is totally dependant on how spicy you want the sauce. I like it spicy and mix it until its about orange
