Ingredients

  • pressure cooker
  • 1 1/2 lbfrozen london broil
  • 2 tspolive oil
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 1 tbspred wine vinegar
  • 4minced cloves of garlic
  • 1 largeonion / sliced
  • 128 once can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 1/2 tsporegano
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In pressure cooker pot add oil and tomato paste and mix .

  2. 2

    Place meat on top. Then add all other ingredients.

  3. 3

    Set cooker to highest pressure and set timer to 65 minutes. You want your meat to come out fork tender.

  4. 4

    Shred meat with two forks in pan.

  5. 5

    Serve over your favorite pasta or even mashed potatoes .

  6. 6

    ***Note***

  7. 7

    You can use fresh meat for this. Just reduce cooking time to 25minutes.

    *** it is much easier to put portion sized meats into freezer bags after you purchase. This ensures you are ready to go from freezer without fighting with store packaging.
