Ingredients

  • 200 gmsabudana
  • 3 tbsppeanut crushed and powdered
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspsalt or as per taste
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1-2potato fine chopped
  • 3hot green chilli chopped
  • 1 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sabudana overnight with one inch water above its level.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee and add jeera and green chilli in it. Once its fried add potato and fry it till cook.

  3. 3

    Add sabudana in it with peanut powder, sugar and salt. And mix it. And let it cook for 1 or 2 mins.

  4. 4

    Serve it with curd
