Heat wok, add ghee & put green cardamom in it. Add semolina and lighten it until it becomes brown.

Add milk,sugar cashews, almonds & Rasinis.

After the milk starts boiling, slow down the gas flame, put semolina and sugar in the milk, and run well with a spoon, the compounds of semolina should not be made.

Suji flowered carriage begins to become kheer, keep it running with a spoon in a little while so that kheer does not fall in the bottom.

Now suji kheer is ready to serve.serve hot. Enjoy!
