Cut boiled Potatoes in to rounds

Heat ghee or oil on tawa and add jeera. Shallow fry potato slices till golden brown and crisp from both sides. Sprinkle some salt and chilly powder on Potatoes while frying

Arrange shallow fried Potato slices in serving plate.

Pour sweetened curd, add green chutney and imli chutney. Garnish with coriander and pomegranates and serve immediately
