This is a very special food. A friend told me that when i cook it properly i might get the 3 nutrients in one dish.

Put flour in a bowl, add in sugar and stir really well. Add margarine and finally add in beaten eggs.

Mis well. Add in warm milk and knead to form a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 10 min

After which heat oil in a pan and let it start to heat up. Then in a flat surface roll the dough to be flat. The thickness of the dough depends on the how thick you want your mandazis to be. Most people include me prefer thin ones.

Fry the mandazis both sides until golden brown. Then drain in a paper towel then serve.
