Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbsbeef cubes (about 1 kg)
  • 1.1 lbsfine bulgur (about 500 grams)
  • 1 1/2 cupswater (about 355 ml)
  • 1.1 lbsground beef (about 500 grams)
  • 3.5 ozpine nuts (about 100 grams)
  • 4medium onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoonseven spice blend
  • Sumac

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the beef cubes in a food processor or meat grinder, adding 1 tablespoon kibbeh spice mix.

  2. 2

    Rinse and gently rub the bulgur until soft, then mix it thoroughly with the ground beef.

  3. 3

    Sauté the onions in some oil, add the pine nuts, and finally stir in the ground beef.

  4. 4

    Add the seasonings (1 tablespoon seven spice blend and a little sumac). Serve and enjoy.
