Grind the beef cubes in a food processor or meat grinder, adding 1 tablespoon kibbeh spice mix.

Rinse and gently rub the bulgur until soft, then mix it thoroughly with the ground beef.

Sauté the onions in some oil, add the pine nuts, and finally stir in the ground beef.

Add the seasonings (1 tablespoon seven spice blend and a little sumac). Serve and enjoy.
