Combine all ingredients except curd & oil in a bowl. Mix well.

Form tikki shape.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Place one by one in hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown. Remove from oil on kitchen towel.

Beat curd with hand blender. Add rock salt. Place dahi badam in serving dish. Pour curd. Garnish with red chilli powder, Roasted Jeera, black pepper.
