Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2boiled potatoes (mashed)
  2. 1/4 cupRajgira (Amaranth) flour
  3. 4 tspsoaked Sabudana (sago)
  4. 2 finelyGreen chilies chopped
  5. 250 gmCurd
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  8. 1/2 tspRoasted Jeera
  9. to tasteRock salt
  10. Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients except curd & oil in a bowl. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Form tikki shape.

    Heat oil in a Kadhai. Place one by one in hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown. Remove from oil on kitchen towel.

  4. 4

    Beat curd with hand blender. Add rock salt. Place dahi badam in serving dish. Pour curd. Garnish with red chilli powder, Roasted Jeera, black pepper.
