1Butternut Squash
1 tbspolive oil
1 tbspReal Butter
1 pinchCourse Black Pepper
1 pinchkosher salt
1 clovegarlic

Melt Butter, add olive oil and other ingredients. Chop garlic very fine.

Cut Squash in half long way, take out seeds and baste with ingredients.

Bake face down at 375°F for approximately 30-40 min, you will see skin turning a little brown.
