Easy Augratin Potatoes
This is such an easy meal to fix and a good way to get the kids to eat their veggies.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°. In the microwave steam your broccoli florets.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour.
- 3
Gradually add in milk stirring constantly until thickened.
- 4
Add garlic powder, salt and pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.
- 5
In a 9x13 casserole dish add drained potatoes, broccoli, sausage and the sauce.
- 6
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
