I was so in need of vegetables. I really don't know how to take them outside soups, so I decided to make something. I liked it.

I was so in need of vegetables. I really don't know how to take them outside soups, so I decided to make something. I liked it.
Steps

Wash chicken with salt and water. Slice one onion.

Put chicken in a pot with little water. Add salt, 2 cubes of seasoning and the sliced onions.

Allow to cook till it gets done.

Drain water and set aside.

Wash and cut fish into desired sizes.

Fry in hot vegetable oil and set aside.

Pour the palm oil in a pot and allow to get hot.

Put the other onion after slicing of course, into the hot oil till it's looking brown.

Soak egusi and crayfish in little water.

Pour the egusi and crayfish mixture in the oil and stir till it is almost burning.

Add ground pepper and stir.

Add the chicken stock, chicken, fish and the remaining seasoning cubes and stir.

Wash and slice the pumpkin leaves.

Add to the soup and lower the heat.

Put off the heat after a minute.

Serve with eba like i did, or any swallow that you love.
