Ingredients

  1. Nachos Baby
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 1 canPinto beans
  4. 2 tbspchili powder
  5. 1 tbspground cumin
  6. 1 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  7. 2 cuponion, chopped
  8. 1 dashsalt and pepper
  9. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  10. 2 tbspsalsa or homemade Pico de Gallo
  11. 1/2 cupshreded cheese of your choice
  12. 1 tbspsour cream
  13. 1chips you like

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions first with oil, add beef and seasonings. After beef is cooked, now add beans. Simmer for 20 mins.

    Assemble nachos as you desire. I hope you enjoy them as much as my family does.
