Ingredients

  • Nachos Baby
  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 canPinto beans
  • 2 tbspchili powder
  • 1 tbspground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  • 2 cuponion, chopped
  • 1 dashsalt and pepper
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2 tbspsalsa or homemade Pico de Gallo
  • 1/2 cupshreded cheese of your choice
  • 1 tbspsour cream
  • 1chips you like

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions first with oil, add beef and seasonings. After beef is cooked, now add beans. Simmer for 20 mins.

  2. 2

    Assemble nachos as you desire. I hope you enjoy them as much as my family does.
