to tasteMashed garlic (from the market)
4 sliceslemon
2 tbspolive oil
For the sauce:
juice of 3 big lemons
2 tbspmayo sauce
to tasteSalt and black pepper

Put all the ingredients for the sauce together, mix it well

Pour olive oil on plate (you can put the plate in the oven)

Put the salmon on the plate

Put the mixed sauce over the top of the salmon, put the lemon slices between the salmon pieces.

Into the oven for 20 or 25 min until the salmon is ready

I finally made this and it was so delicious. Though I put my own ideas in it as well but I will definitely make it again as the whole family enjoyed it. I added in old bay seasoning to the lemon juice and mayo mixture. Salt, pepper and garlic powder on salmon added a little more olive oil with minced garlic and a few cracks of black pepper and salt to the bottom of baking dish and added rosemary sprigs with the lemon slices on top. Added a little bit of butter that I froze so I could grate it lightly over the salmon. A + I've never ate salmon before but this recipe spoke to me so thank you. 😊
