cut the potatoes into wedges

fry in 1 tablespoon of butter with garlic, chilli flakes, salt and pepper till they start going golden brown

preheat oven to 200

put the wedges in an oven dish, mix in the other tablespoon of butter and place in the oven till soft
- 5
while the wedges are in the oven fry the bacon when the wedges are soft pour them in the frying pan with the bacon mix well abd serve

add a pinch of garlic and salt before serving to add extra flavour
