  1. 1 lbground beef (80/20, you may also use diced chicken)
  2. 6 oz green pepper (diced)
  3. 8 oz button mushrooms (chopped)
  4. 6 ozfresh spinach (chopped)
  5. 15 ozalfredo sauce
  6. 2 tbspthyme
  7. 2 tbsporegano
  8. 2 tbspitalian seasoning
  9. tbsphorseradish
  10. salt
  11. ground black pepper
  12. 2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
  13. blue, feta or goat cheese
  14. 16 ozpenna or rotini pasta (cooked)

    In a skillet add in ground beef, add in all seasoning, parmesan cheese,and green pepper.

  2. 2

    Once meat is browned add mushrooms and spinach and cook on medium for 3-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Alfredo sauce to meat, toss with fresh cooked pasta. Top with feta (goat or blue) cheese as desired and serve.
