First put daal in the cooker and add four times water,salt and haldi.cook it for haif an hour in medium flame.

Switch off the gas and put it one side.

Now take a pan add oil do hot it.

Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, onion paste.saute as well till light brown.

Now add tomato puri mox as well.cook for five minutes and add all dry masalas.stir as well on the slow flame.

Now add the daal stir as well.cook it for ten minutes.

Now add the curd and cook again five minutes.

When daal cooked and thich graveywhen switch off the gas.

Now serve hot daal makhani and garnish it with coriander leaves and fresh creame.

Enjoy with naan or tandoori roti.
