Steps

Wash dry fish with hot water and salt.

Add in a pot,peel yam and boil both together.

When the yam is done add more water enough for the peppersoup.

Leave it to boil very well.

Add salt,Pepper,Maggi and peppersoup spice.

Boil for 10minutes.then wash and slice scent leaf.

Add to the boiling yam and boil for another 2minutes.

Serve hot.
