4 piecematzo
5eggs
1/2 cupmilk (i used almon)
1 cupshredded mozzarella
1/4 tspsalt

In a large mixing bowl crumble the matzo

Add the milk and let soak for a minute

Then add the rest and mix well

Follow your waffle machine instructions, but I take them out a bit earlier so they aren't dry

Break them into bites sized pieces
6

Enjoy!
