  1. Cheese Flan
  2. 1 cancondensed milk
  3. 1 canevaporated milk
  4. 5eggs
  5. 1 packagescream cheese 8 oz
  6. 1 tspvanilla
  7. caramel sauce
  8. 1 cupsugar
  9. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in the blender

  2. 2

    Pour into the pan with caramel sauce on bottom

  3. 3

    Cook for 55 minutes at 350℉, check with a tooth pick in the center to be dry and slightly firm.

  4. 4

    For caramel sauce use a sauce pan and cook sugar and water until melted and change color to light brown (caramel color)
