Melt bacon grease and butter

Add in onions. I also add some green or orange bell peppers for color. Cook about 5 minutes

Add in squash you may also add some green zucchini for color. Stir and mix well.

Reduce heat to simmer. Cover with lid and simmer for 25 min stirring occasionally.

Add another tbsp of butter taste and adjust seasonning to your liking.

Serve and enjoy!
