  • 4 tbspplain yogurt
  • 2 tbsptahini (sesame based)
  • 1 tspdried mint
  • 1 tspdried red pepper
  • 1salt
  • 1 tbspolive oil (optional )

    Mix the yogurt with Tahini. Mix well

    add the salt, pepper and mint

    (Optional ) add the olive oil on top
