In a mixing bowl, put all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder cinnamon and sugar)

Mix water and blueband and start to add to the mandazi.

Knead for about 15 to 20 minutes until smooth and elastic dough is formed

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes then divide the dough into 5 equal round balls

Spread every dough ball onto a flat surface but ensure you maintain the circular shape of the mandazi

Cut the flattened dough into 4 equal quardrants. Repeat the last two process for the rest of the dough balls

Heat oil for frying in medium heat. Then fry the mandazi until golden brown each side.

Dry in a papper towel and serve.
