Prepare the managu,wash and put to boil for a 45 minutes until ready

Boil until soft. Start the process of frying. Fry the onions until golden brown. Add in tomatoes and cook until soft.

Then add in the boiled managu and stir. Stir

Add salt. Mix very well. After 2 minutes add in 1/2 cup milk boil for a few minutes.

Then let it rest for one day, the next day boil while adding milk.

Do the previous process for 2-3 days.

Serve, you will note that it is less bitter than the during day one.
