Ingredients

  1. 1 eachturkey
  2. 1 1/2 pintschampagne
  3. 1salt
  4. 1black pepper
  5. 1all-purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Thaw and easy the turkey. Patvdry with paper towel.

  2. 2

    Rub the turkey with salt and pepper. Dustvwith the flour

  3. 3

    Place the turkey into the baking bag (sleeve).

  4. 4

    Pour half bottle champagne under into the bag. Tie it up. Make a few cuts so the vapor can escape.

  5. 5

    Baking time depends on how big your turkey is.

  6. 6

    On 10-12 lb turkey I use half bottle of champagne. Use more for a bigger one.
