The Abby's special

I kind of got tired of my mom's cooking and I wasn't the fast food type. So I found random stuff in the fridge and cupboards. Then *boom* food. This has been a all time favorite for my family and friends. Hope you enjoy this as much I do.
The Abby's special
I kind of got tired of my mom's cooking and I wasn't the fast food type. So I found random stuff in the fridge and cupboards. Then *boom* food. This has been a all time favorite for my family and friends. Hope you enjoy this as much I do.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Pre-heat oven to 200°c. Add the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl and mix
- 2
Mix the beaten egg in the milk until it blend together . Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture.
- 3
Knead till the mixture forms a dough. Place the dough on a lightly floured counter. Add the butt and knead until the butter is incorporated into the dough, completely. Dough should be smooth and elastic.
- 4
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, place a damp napkin or dish towel (clean) of the bowl and place it in a warm area for an hour or until the dough double in size. ( here's a little trick that I do when I don't have time. Place the bowl (covered in a oven at a temp. of 37 °c for 30 min.)
- 5
In the meanwhile. Place a sauce pan on the stove. Add the water and sugar in it, stir constantly. When the sugar dissolve, mix the warm water and instant coconut milk together then place it into the pan. Add the rosemary, pepper and tomatoes or ketchup.
- 6
Mix the water and cornstarch together and place it in the sauce, to thicken it. (Add cornstarch more if you want the sauce to be thicker, add less for a thinner sauce.)
- 7
Stir fry the corn beef and cook the bake bean.
- 8
Retrieve the dough, which as double in size. Fist the middle to let out the air. Dived the dough into eight pieces. On a lightly floured counter and roll each dough into a oblique shape.
- 9
Add each items in layers. For example: cheese, corn beef, onions, pink sauce, sweet pepper and bake beans. Then place dough in a greased baking tray.
- 10
Bake for 30mins.

Joe's Special Joe's Special
The standard Joe's Special involves eggs, ground beef, and usually spinach or greens of some type. In my mind though, it refers to just about any kind of ground beef based hash. This is the kind of thing you cook when you're tired, there's not much in the fridge, and you just want a decent meal. I encourage you to adjust the recipe to include whatever you've got on hand. I make these all the time for my daughter's bentos since she loves inari sushi.I also thought up a way to remove the surface oil from the aburaage without making my hands and cutting board greasy. These are less sweet than the usual inari sushi. Please adjust the flavor to your taste. Be careful when you're opening the aburaage (fried tofu) to make the inari bags. For 4 inari sushi. Recipe by voyage cookpad.japan -
