Remove mango peel & cut into pieces. make smooth puree in Mixer.

Take one Kadhai. Add milk. Boil it till it reduces to 1/3rd. Add sugar & elaichi powder. Stir well. Cook it until sugar Dissolve. Turn off gas. Rabadi is ready. Let it cool on room temperature. Keep 1/3 rd of Rabadi for serving.

In Mixer jar add mango puree & Rabadi. Blend it into smooth paste. Pour into kulfi mould or any ice-cream mould. Freeze it for 4-5 hours.

Boil vermicelli until soft in hot water. Drain water.

After 5 hours take out kulfi from freezer. Demould it. Place kulfi in serving dish, add 2 tsp vermicelli. Pour rabadi on it. Garnish with dry fruits. Enjoy chilled delicious mango falooda kulfi.
