Sabse maida,oil pinch of salt,ajwayan mix kar ke ek soft dough ready karein.

Ab ek kadahi me thora oil garam karein.usme boil potato ko mash kar ke dale.

Ab usme sbhi spices add karein.

Medium flame par 5mnt ache se saute karein.

Ab mixture thanda hone rakhe.

Dough ko 2mnt aur masle.lemon size ka gola le.use rolling pin se ptla bele.ab patli beli roti ko bech me se cut kar dena.

Ab half part hath me 2tbsp potato mixture usme dale hatho ki help se packet fold kar ke pani sides par pani lgaye. Aur samosa ko band kar de.sbhi samosas aise hi banayein.

Ab ek kadahi me oil dale.Medium flame par samosa ko fry karein.
